Team Solomid is seeking a live-in team manager for our CS:GO roster. The primary objective of the job is to ensure that the players have their out-of-game concerns addressed so that they may focus on their practice and play at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Mediate team discussions and resolving player conflicts with each other or the staff
- Be a positive and motivating influence on the team
- Handle logistics for the CS:GO Team, including but not limited to:
- Creating and enforcing daily scheduling and activities such as scrims and practice
- Booking travel plans for tournaments requiring travel
- Ensuring sponsor obligations are fulfilled as best as possible
- Handling necessary payments for the team
- Providing a means so that the team and organization has a clear channel of communication with each other
- Reports to upper management regarding billing, team progress, player distinction, and so forth
- Full co-operation with the head coach in ensuring that the players are on task and doing what they are supposed to do, and that everyone has the materials they need
- Assist in coaching and analyst tasks if necessary
Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate to the TSM CS:GO gaming house
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous management experience
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Must be mature and be able to earn and keep the respect of your colleagues
- Good conflict resolution ability
- Ability to handle high pressure environments
Pluses:
- Prior esports experience
- College education
- Game knowledge and experience with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
